This cunning beast is a Vrix, member of a species inhabiting the rocky world of Vash. This Vrix, now named Apollo, was one of the prizes in the raffle in my adopt group (The Fading Realms - a fun multiverse in the making!).

Some more infor about the world of Vash:

Vash, the homeworld of Vrixes, is a realm of steppes and canyons but also oases and geysers, around which much of the life thrives. Vrixes are often loners, who traverse the rocky landscape in search for prey. They share the realm with several other species (to be later introduced). Some of those species (the flying ones) are really set on building precarious towers made out of boulders. For that reason, it often happens on Vash that a boulder falls from the sky on your head (be it during transport or from one of such towers).

This is why all the ground species evolved to have three eyes, so that one of them always looks up and checks wtf is going on there.

Vash was the second world that the flyenas discovered, but upon finding about the boulder thing, they didn’t really want to stay too long XD
