This is a "fake" panel I did a couple weeks ago to test a few things before starting in on the actual pages from the Nordguard comic.
Pi is unimpressed.
But, It does serve to say that the Sofawolf fellows gave me a handful of the free 18x24 Nordguard promo posters to give away at Rocky Mountain FurConnext weekend. So, if you missed out at AnthroCon and you're in the Colorado vicinity, now's your chance! :]
Here's a photo of the posters with a Diego for scale! :]

Yep--though it's a bit more of an artistic endeavor than Dog's Days. The Nordguard will ultimately be a graphic novel trilogy, the first book of which is called Across Thin Ice and will come in about 90-100 pages long, fully painted in watercolor. It should be released next summer by Sofawolf Press. There's more info and development art that's unposted to FA on the website, here: www.nordguard.com :]
Reminds me a bit of Tracy Butler's old stuff from when her "Ainessa" story was still Furry.
Awesome. And I love that the main character is a red husky. He looks like my red husky Rex, except he's got two blue eyes and Rex is bi-eyed.
