Rupert was pretty hesitant about this clowning stuff after Groo put him into the outfit he designed for him. The jester roo had been pressuring the rodent to put on the outfit. But eventually the roo decided to just force him into it, Rupert very embarrassed and when the roo put the diaper on and didn't hold back with the powder.
All that powder was all part of Groo's plan though. The jester-roo kicking the rodent, knocking him clear onto his powder filled rump~
