I can actually see the cluster fuck of bad roles and self centered decisions that would lead to this exact scenario. The skeleton mage in the background is especially nice. It looks like he's thinking, "Jeeze, I know I'm incapable of empathy but I swear that I actually feel bad for you right now."

It brings back memories of Altered Beast and a fantasy game named Garrison - both were brilliant to play.

the pic is supposed to be funny so I tried to give the skeletons funny things to do... the intention is, they all have their own personalities and little stories

As a frequent game master myself, I admit that I always make a big effort not to let that happen, precisely because I know how trivially easy it usually is to make an absolutely deadly encounter while perfectly staying within the guidelines.^^;

...I save that for games like Descent Journeys in the Dark where I know from personal experience that wiping the floor with the opposition is perfectly feasible both ways.

...and it always feels kinda satisfying to finally be allowed to deliberately try for a TPW, especially if it involves fun shenanigans with greasy floors and locking each hero in a different room with their own horde of monsters to be clobbered by.^^
