underhive. they copy the imperium and are unintentional worshippers of nurgle. pretty much a copy of the fantasy skaven. they just have magicks and steal/alter tech they steal. the hrud are they're failed experiments with warpstone/supersoldier testing.

Kinda surprising for a race as filthy as the Skaven to worry about purity.
But if anyone knows them better, more impurity = more effective plagues.
