Please note, I'm not like "OMGMUSTHAVETHISEXACTLYYYYYY* about this image. It's simply an idea, and a sort of.... guideline for my tattoo artist to use.
BUT YEAH.
This is what I want for my dreamcatcher tattoo.
The feathers, in order of left to right, and what they represent:
Red tail hawk - my mother
Raven - ME :D
Magpie and skeleton key - my sister
Turkey - my father
Then dreamcatcher portion is because my family has it's nightmares, but it has it's good dreams too.... I dunno, I've just always found dreamcatchers as extraordinarily symbolic, and I've always had one or two in my room, since I was a kid.
The spinal column is because my family is a part of me. Bone deep, even. :P </shot> Anyway, yeah..... I wouldn't be here with out them to support me.
And spines are pretty. :3

Oh wow, totally hadn't considered that. xD I can just make some of my shirts backless, yeah? :P
And anyway, about the pain, I'll just get it in stages to make it easier, but I'm not really very sensitive on my back. Like, really, nothing hurst back there. Nerve damage and such from accidents when I was little. :P

Ok, seriously... this is like one of the awesomest tattoo design's I have EVER seen. Like the concept is just... unreal to me. I have a dreamcatcher on me, but this puts mine to SHAME (well, along with the fact that it was my first tattoo and it's kinda cliche...). I really cant wait to see this done.
Oh and plus, I have a tattoo on my spine, and it wasn't bad at all. The one right at the base of my neck hurt like a bitch, but the spine one was like... nothing ( http://i314.photobucket.com/albums/...../freshback.jpg tattoo image so you can see what I am talking about, plus my dreamcatcher/first tattoo is on my right shoulder blade)
