CUPCAKES! Haha! My niece has been begging to make cupcakes, so she got her wish! She was sooooo happy haha. I took the time to make her some cute little fondant animal faces (my first time trying to do so.... fondant so harddddd @_@) to put on the cupcakes. Fondant was made with marshmallows and confectioners sugar. And hand painted with colored gel/dye. We also added food coloring gel to the batter cause she NEEDED it. XD She frosted the ones around the animal critters and we are missing a raccoon cause SOMEONE wanted to try the fondant.
