"What do you mean you don't have it!? I reserved it!" Sydney stomped her boot to emphasis her point. "You said it was here! You... You..." Sydney's face twisted into a angry grimace as she attempted to stop herself from screaming at the clerk. Instead she made muffled snarling noises as she stomped around the counter.

Freja leaned down in an attempt to calm the livid girl. "It's okay, we can stream something else today." She attempted to give Sydney a reassuring pat. "Just because it's my first show..."

"Don't touch me!" Sydney snarled, ducking Freja's hand. "Let's... Let's just go."

Freja followed Sydney silently out of the store. She could practically feel waves of hate emitting from her as she continued to stomp down the street. Freja hadn't really known what to expect when Sydney had called her out of the blue to help out with her, apparently somewhat successful, internet show. They hadn't really kept in contact with each other since high school but it looked like not a whole lot had changed: Sydney was just as quick to anger as she remembered. The extra layers of pudge around the Shiba Inu's waist seemed new, but she dare not bring it up. She was really just happy to be able to use her editing skills again. Plus, Freja thought as she rubbed her empty stomach, Sydney had promised catered lunches.
