S'up dudes? Here's my next character I've drawn: the rat samurai/scientist, Subaru Whisker.

Appearance: Whisker is a gray ray with gray fur and lighter gray fur which acts as his eyebrows and mustache.
Attire: Whisker's attire consists of a ruby-red kimono held by a dark-pink belt and a strap which carries the Tengoku Cutter.
Likes: Chimeras, Dr. Gerbil, and peach trees
Dislikes: Thunder, Ryuji, and the Chimera King (for betraying him)

Bio: Whisker was once raised in the Asian borders of the Eastern islands. As a child, he always wondered how chimeras came to be. As he grew older, he dedicated his life to research on chimeras. When he found one a few years later, he was tempted to kill it and bring it back to his lab. He did just that. Everyone in the Eastern Islands were interested in his discovery that Whisker asked a volunteer to see it up close. As the volunteer touched the chimera, she (yes, it was a female) became a chimera herself and everyone panicked. Whisker, witnessing this, became ashamed of his discovery that he burned down his old lab.
5 years later, Whisker was in depression of his discovery and how it infected his people. Suddenly the Chimera King entered his home and spoke to him. The king asked that he wanted people to appeal to the chimera he found. Whisker answered that he wanted to understand more about chimeras and their origins. The Chimera King, interested in this, ordered Whisker to become his servant from now on. He agreed, seeing how this was an opportunity for him to get revenge on the people who despised chimeras.
The Chimera King began his long-awaited war, and Whisker, along with Dr. Gerbil who joined after him, was serving him well. He understood about chimeras like he wanted. Whisker then found Thunder and Ryuji entering his castle. He ran to them and stopped them. Whisker said if they kill the Chimera King, everyone dies. Thunder and Ryuji believed that was nonsense and fought him, and they won. It wasn't until the Chimera King betrayed him that Whisker was being used.
After the end of the war, Whisker took things up his level and trained the former Chimera soldiers to rule the world for himself. Whisker might also join Thunder and his friends during occasional events.

Personal interests: Whisker holds a huge hatred for the Chimera King ever since he joined him, which he didn't show until now. He is also an expert at tying his fundoshi (a Japanese undergarment)

Extra notes: Whisker is a badass, isn't he. Yeah, he may look like Master Splinter from the TMNT series, but he's inspired by him. Whisker is voiced in English by David Lodge, who voiced Jiraiya from Naruto, while in Japanese he's voiced by Unsho Ishizuka, known for roles as Ryotaro Dojima, Jet Black, and Heihachi Mishima.
