This is how I legitimatey do it!
Nice sharp cutters(Diagonal cutters/wire cutters/angle cutters, same tool) to trim the nail then find some fairly new('smooth') concrete to act as the abrasive to turn the angles into nice smooth curves.
Safer and better control than a dremel, if slower.
