Ooh, dig this gal a lot! Been getting into superhero stuff a lot myself recently, so cool to see some around!
Few name simple name suggestions;
Proxy
Boss DoS
Keystroke
Could also play with the term 'Master'. 'Masterclass' or similar such.
It's a less obvious one, but essentially in hacking terminology, the 'Master' is a key part of a network which can control every other part of it without being controlled by it. So using 'Master' as a title here could hold a double-meaning of sorts, especially if the character has a bit of an ego and would prefer something like that over a 'Captain' title or similar such.
