Overflowing Chalice/Dragon Water

This is Dragon Water, an invention of Ender's. It's a non-alcoholic beverage kinda like a grape soda, but a lot more fizzy, a bit thicker, it glows, and has a 25% chance to transform the consumer into a completely random creature for a few hours. Ender is trying to learn how to control that part, use it for useful things. He's already come up with another drink that will let the transformed creature keep that form, and be able to switch between it and their regular form.
