XD I was indecisive when I pitched this idea to Kipa. It was either going to be a sweet expression or a grumpy one. I'm a fan of seeing cute characters act all grumpy, so I'm happy she decided to go with this one :D
As for why she's grumpy? Could be anyone's guess! She's looking right at you though >.>

HNNG I love all the pastel you went with! All the pink and purple and soft looks! I absolutely love how the outfit turned out, especially the shoes! The stripes of color you put on them along with all the hearts are A+!
I really like how her hair turned out! The shading on it is nice, and the strands look especially soft :D I adore the gigantic bow too, of course >.> I really like how you made her ears flop over the side of the armrest too XD
The rest of the outfit isn't too fancy, but I adore it :D Stripey leggings are my favorite, and short-alls are some of the cutest pieces of clothing ever made, and the shirt has really cute frillies on it!
I also like the other frillies present *cough* I like the simple decorations you put on what little you can see of the padding, very reminiscent of some of my favorite doodles ♥

Excellent job on the background too! I LOVE the decorated strip around the wall! :D I appreciate that there are a few leaves on the floor underneath the plant, and those are some cute things up on the shelf! I wonder what the medal was for though :o
