Data: Dad doesn’t seem like a very nice guy to me, he rarely smiles on any of the photos….
Binary: Hoho, that’s what people thought of him at first sight, but when you get to know your dad, he was kinder than a viximon! ahah!

I'm rather surprised that you decided to have this character as "deceased"...
Seems a tad dark and out of place with what you are going for with these characters and their stories.
(But then again, thats only my opinion).
Not to mention that these are progams... Right? Can't he just be "restarted" or "restored from a backup"?

You know Digimon isn't that bright and colorful as we think, it's really Dark and Death is Really common in that series, so it's quite logical
to put a slight pinch of darkness in their backstory! haah!

In 01, Primary Village was one of the ways of reviving a Digimon, but they are normally reborn with little to no memory of their past life, if I got my facts right. The only time In 01 where a Mon died and was reborn on the spot with his memories intact was Angemon, partner of TK... Never did understand why he died and resurrected like that.
Frankly, I guess that even if Bios wasn't killed by an Eater, and Primary Village existed in your universe, he would have no memory of his past life. Binary would be a stranger, as would his own daughter...

/me hopes it wasn't something.. kinda-sorta similar to either steven universe.. (Rose Quartz>Steven Universe) or.. how (in the ask-frisk-and-company undertale-fan-comic...) when creating new monsters, you use part of your HP and 'lifeforce' to impart life into the new progeny.. but one of the characters over-exerted herself, and dusted herself...
Here's hoping that his program was not priorly unknown to be fragmented or damaged nearly too much, and the strain didn't kick it over the proverbial 'cliff'...

Bios, you were lucky to get Binary's heart. Hmm... If he died from an Eater, I wonder how? Was it a sudden sneak attack from the wretched thing, or did Bios die protecting his mate and unborn daughter?
Matter of fact, what does an eater look like anyway? Also, on less serious matters, I am guessing the Renamon have a high female-to-male ratio? As in, males are a rarity?

The love with Binary made Data! So it was worth the bound between the two! >w< Well they were a digital world crisis, it was infected by eaters, the crisis was finally ending that Bios got caught by surprise by an Eater, he didn't had time to escape that

As a person who understands the very, very basics of computer's and data. So, while he may be deleted, his data will be converted into a digital smear of damaged code that can be retrieved but in an extremely damaged state...
Actually what are the chances that you will introduce a new male OC who resembles a walking pile of damaged data that is constantly glitching though multiple planes of existence and is barely stable yet somehow exists at the same time like that one glitchy guy(Gaster is his name, I think) from Undertale who speaks in wingdings.

After Reading the comments I'm surprised no one asked 'how he Died'. I did see a lot of 'to bad he cant be brought back' From my knowledge there would be 5 ways Data could meet her Father.
1. Would be to find a Mastemon who has the power to Travel to different Dimensions and ask for their help by finding a Universe where Data and Binary are dead but Bios is not and go to that universe to bring Bios to this Universe.
2. Find a Parallelmon and ask them real nicely to go to a universe where he is still alive.
3. Technically a Digimon's consciousness cannot die, their body dies but their consciousness is sent to Anubismon to be judged before they are sent to the dark void or Reborn as an egg, the key would be to find a way to Anubismon (most likely through convincing a Sovereign to let her see Anubismon) and convince him to tell her where he was reborn and if he could have his memory back.
4. She would have to go to Yggdrasill (The Defense/Over watcher of the digital world) to beg to go back in time and save him from dying from what ever he died from. Technically Yggdrasill can no anything as long as its in the digital world (Because Reasons across various games) but convicting it to let it happen is difficult.
5. And lastly Find and ask Ryo Akiyama for help, because Ryo actually knows how to do everything I've listed above (because in the V-Tamer games in japan he has already done it)Though Ryo wouldn't want to do number 2.
But yes it would be Possible for Data to see her father again, but it was be a long Journey any way you took it.
