Ahahahaha, I love the entire part of the Dragonborn being nothing more than a stereotyped and misrepresented Argonian that even other Argonians are left Argroanian about.

So perfect! That panel with her eyes, that's amazing. They look great and deep. I liked the Ognar head-soul getting ears, that was quite amusing.
Totally, totally lost it on the last panel. Purrrrfect! I wish I was properly a Khajit so i could approve more. And yeah, sadly, feeling that unloved... I'd probably dive right in too.

It's possible. Only the ears change but i think for the most part it;s just the curse forcing their bodies to do that and this is a representation of what happens to the mind while it happens.
Otherwise their mental state is relatively safe. I guess you could think of it has allergies in a sense. They'd have to consciously give into the curse for your proposal to work i think.
