This one is based on a some jokes from a couple episodes of the Game Grumps' playthrough of "Sonic Adventure DX," mainly about Amy Rose's very frequent panty-shots.

It's in their first Big the Cat episode, episode 42. They start that episode off by wrapping up the Amy campaign. This conversation is from her final cutscene.
