This picture jumps ahead in time to a much older tired Naote, who started to decline with her age. Her body started to break up slowly being consumed by her own. As more of her body turns into that green goo she needed to seek aid from technology to stay alive. In this picture we can see her resting after long day, something what she didn't needed to do in few decades prior.
Sigh* I'm getting to old for this. I was convinced with time I will be able to solve everything. With all this power I will surely prevail. The truth is...
-You stole your power from others and carved the power of the gods. Thinking you will be able to do everything, yet you can't even save your self Naote. You are dying and all your stolen knowledge won't be enough to save you. When was the last time you were able to fly? You lost your wings decades ago. You can't even get out of that suit now, because that's what keeping you alive.
-Thanks for the wise words Bast. I know well you like to throw big words like that around. You make it sound like that what I get is what I deserved for what I did for what I'am. The boastful mortal who dared to play god, dies a slow painful death for all to see what steep price one pay for craving to much.
-Very poetic indeed.
-That's, not how I see it. I'm not dead yet, and till I live I can prove you wrong. From all beings you should know the best I didn't intended to become god. My desire was to be free and live as I desire, but from time to time came those who wanted to use me, for their own ends. Like the elder dragons who wished to use my powers to their own end, or the empire who made me public enemy number one, so they can get a free hand on what ever they do till they waged they holly war against me. In those dark times I turned to you, but not because I wanted to play god, but because you were my last bet to get things right. We use each other ever since, I have gave you ever increasing power and spiced up your life witch was fading into forgetfulness, in exchange for you to gave me knowledge to overcome the odds stacked against me.
-Only time will tell, but hurry than my Mistress your time seams to run short by the minute.
-Would you be so kind to get out of my mind I need to rest.

Eleve valahol a 30 as évek technologia szintje körül forog a történet.
it certainly is very interesting to see another side of Naote, one in which she's not only significantly reduced in power but (I think for once) seemingly not on top of everything. It does beg the question what could possibly still oppose her even with this advancement of time. Grow big on your slain enemies only to then make yourself attractive for hitherto unknown, even larger predators I suppose.
World domination isn't that easy as it looks on the movies. She spent a few decades fighting her enemies, from what always newer and newer appears. Her deal with Bast tough didn't bring her immortality so even with seemingly endless power she couldn't defeat time and finish her grand plan as of yet.
Wow this is a spectacular commission and a truly different way of seeing Naote than we're used to seeing when you've drawn her.
So what happens as Naote's original flesh is consumed more and more by the green goo of her own corruption? What would she look like without that technological suit on? I'm curious.
Maybe she won't die as her mortal flesh fades but instead transition into a new form entirety, like a caterpillar terrified of entering a chrysalis for fear that it means its own death, rather than its own metamorphosis. Maybe she'd seek out more demons and such creatures for advice? Maybe Bast and those she corrupted are trying to prevent her from fully losing her original form, knowing that it would not mean her death, and doing so as one last act of rebellion? You've made for a fascinating character and world around her, and I adore each little unfolding of Naote's story that you give to us!

I will hopefully draw her without the suit and how her body looks, or since I'm very short of time I might get the money together for a second commission, but spending on this scale is unlikely to happen. I been saving for this for years.
I think your on he right trek with the second part. I would tell what I came up with but maybe that would be to much spoilers right now.

If its a particular organ(s) that functions as the control system, that can be transferred over too, or at the very least its function emulated. If it is telepathic, the patient's brain is transferred over in full and mostly unaltered save for a few implants to allow it to control the prosthesis. <3
wow that's actually an interesting possibility that almost never gets considered with beings like her, and it surprises me to see you even made her vulnerable like this. Normally in sci-fi even the lowliest possessed and corrupted units of an invading corrupting force tend to be biological gods even if they are being controlled like a puppets; the only time they seem to actually face annihilation is when the space marines show up with flamethrowers.
the suit is pretty cool too, is it able to kind of electrostatically control the goo since she's losing the ability to properly manipulate it or self regulate it's actions?

She has her weak points. It just was not that evident. An immensely powerful sorceress, but she can't really take a direct beating. Whenever she engaged in combat she tried to avoid hits with agility flying etc, whole destroying the opponent as quickly as possible. Her subjects were actually more of a biological god than she was because she breeds them to be. So far the space marines will have to do battle whit other corrupted first to reach her.
Yep shes having an issue with goo control, as more and more of her body is breaking down to that go, there less left do the heavy lifting or breathing, digesting and other stuff what organs used to do.
