Today I sold my partial suit of a border collie named Leo.

He was the first suit I ever made, and today I was able to make an 11 year old girl extremely happy by selling him to her mother for her. She was ecstatic.

I lost connection with this character a pong time ago, because he has always just been my fursuit. Zero character connection. And at the beginning of the week I decided I was going to sell him to make someone happy and give him a great home. That's when11 yr old Gabi's mom messaged me.

She saw the ad and informed me that he daughter has wanted one for 2 years. She has a mask from spirit halloween, but she wanted a REAL suit. So we talked and decided to meet up at my home for her to try him on and see what she thought. She fell in love INSTANTLY!

I cannot tell you just how large the smile on my face was seeing her with him on her head in front of me. She was so happy. That's what I wanted to see.

She is now the first official owner of one of my suits and has the badges to show it. I provided her with a thank you note along with a badge of him and a badge reading "made by: raverhound creations" written on a drawing of Dustin's paw pads and claws. She wore him the whole way home.
