OK THIS ONE IS A HARD ONE, I want to keep her but....I barely draw my own sona soo...
She is the first one of a grup of GUARDIANS POKEMON or something, she is kinda big for a charizard (twice as big) and you can't keep her as your pokemon, she needs to approve you as her "trainer", if she belive that you are capable of hande her, she will lend you her pokeball.
Her name is Ignis but the new owner can change her name if they want.

I say a good idea should be keep her for now and see of you make any more art of her. If so, then maybe she was meant to be kept~
If you haven't made any art of her and can't think of anything, then I would say then sell her. Hearing that you plan on keeping her means you might have had ideas for her in the first place.
