I thought it time to make a simple revision of my character ref
Tocanis is a feral yet sentient fox that seems to be quite connected to the fey, but very distantly related to the kitsune. He is able to channel the energies of the Wyld, or nature magic that can heal and protect others, as well as destroying those that harm the land. As one of the very few practitioners of the Old Ways, he lives in seclusion (but wasn't always so). Only to live as a ghost story, but for those lucky, or unlucky enough to meet him can find that there's more to him than what tales say of him.
Tocanis features are a bit abnormal for a fox, for starters, he is on the large side, being 3-foot in length. He sports a black stripe that starts from his muzzle ending with a black tail with a white tip. A cross fox normally would have a dark colored underbelly which he does not.
The scars on his back was due to him being attacked as a kit of 5 years old (He ages as humans would except he has a longer lifspan.) The druids that found him tried to heal his wounds, but with little luck. They gave him a strange artifact known as the heart of the Wyld, planted it inside his chest, and the wounds closed, but with scars remaining. The never healing wound was caused by a powerful curse and the heart was the only way to keep him from succumbing to an endless comatose, as the gods won't let him die...
The mark on his right paw, (yes, I did it all wrong in previous drawings v.v) was obtained at birth, meaning he was chosen by the Ancient Triune. Three ancient gods that have long been forgotten.
He wears an amethyst crystal necklace that's seemingly magical, but is seldom seen used.
He sometimes wears diapers , preferably cloth (since it's pretty hard to dispose of them in the middle of nowhere.) For a time he grew up wear them frequently, due to the injury to his spine causing him to become incontinent (it was a miracle he could still walk.) Over time, he has since overcame it and diapers became more of a comfort to him.
Plushies seemed to have become a great interest to him and enjoys collecting them. Sometimes even creating some himself.
