So here she is, my new character her name is Beatrice Angelica Heathers, but you guys can call her Bea or by her superhero name is Beahemoth, she is not of this relm.
Backstory: Earth 57, enormous beasts roamed the land, as a solution the government okayed testing to create a weapon to defeat these creatures and keep them from destroying life on Earth. The project name was Behemoth. Bea was one of the top fighters of her class and was selected as a test subject to see the effects of a prolonged exposure to radiation would be able to create this much needed weapon. She was given a shot of kaiju blood and irradiated with Polonium 108. The radiation activated the blood giving Bea the ability to grow to massive hight. However when she first grew she destroyed most of the lab, unintentionally killing her father who was one of the scientists working on the project. She uses her powers as what they wer intended for, to protect her world from destruction.
Outfit:
- a two piece uniform created from a highly tensile and flexible fabic which allows it to stretch while she grows larger (it's not a swim suite though it is water proof). While she is normal hight the outfit covers her entire body simular to a jump suit, as well as a suppression belt which gives her more control over her powers.
Powers
-super growth
- strength 1000's times that of any normal human
- increased skin density, (can withstand most types of air missiles)
- knowledge of hand-to-hand combat, and other simular fighting styles

Neat character, some notes on the measurements, though:
it looks like you're rounding up from 1.83 (ish) meters from 6 ft to 2m, particularly given the weight figures match the 6ft to 1,181 ft ratio, but on the weight end:
Is she supposed to get a lot less dense as she gets bigger? If you want the weight/mass to stay proportional, you need to take the cube of the size difference where you've just multiplied the base weight by the linear size difference. (she'd be really, really light at that size)
OTOH, it'd make sitting on buildings a lot easier like this one: https://www.deviantart.com/iven-fur.....rice-759038576 ... but I don't think that was the intention. (and you'd have other issues, like being way too floaty in water ... and having a way harder time crushing things when she wants/needs to)
If you want the directly scaled up weight, it'd be 150lbs *(1181/6)^3 = 1,143,897,737 lbs
that's 571,949 tons, or
518,863,286 kg, or
518,863 metric tons
(all rounded to the 1's place)
