Another one of my characters: Ranga, the dancing bolt, was fortunately born under the star of lightning and can control powerful thunder-based magic. She's not really a goddess, but her trademark-spell which she performs in the picture is called like that.
Uh... first time I drew lightning oo'' Might look kinda stupid actually. Hm...
Ranga is not to be confused with my similar looking but way younger anthro-bat character Guani.
Quite a boring explanation. It's late and I can't think of another at the moment. maybe I will edit this description oo

Wow, looks really cool!
I like her wide wings, they make her look like a divine being :3 But I think to create a greater effect of wideness it would have been better if you had drawn the picture as a panorama with more space to the left and to the right of her wings. The block-like shape of the picture makes it look cramped.
Maybe you could upload a refined version with a panorama effect? ;D
But otherwise very good work ^v^
