It's something I made up. It's basically a suit composed of boots, gauntlets, and shoulder and backpack components. It relies on shielding, augmented strength and mobility.
It may make more sense with at least a spandex body suit worn under it but characters already covered by there fur could consider that optional.
The name Kinotchi is a female ninja and they actually had an art of sexual distraction. Some would wear some kind of small robe that's easy to open and expose the chest.
