Following the success of the Battle, Chrysalis believing that this was the victory she subtley planned out was shocked when an Age Change Spell was cast onto her turning the Changeling Queen back into a Nymph and returning the real Cadence back to her true age and appearance once again. Chrysalis mind was also regressed back to true foalhood by Cadence and Shining Armor, partially out of revenge on Cadences' part, but also to keep more Changeling Invasions from happening ever again by her former hive which was now underneath the control and influence of Princess Flurry Heart.
An event that would later be known as the "Twin Kingdoms' Union" was commemorated by the formal adoption of Chrysalis - now "Emerald Beauty" - by the royal family, along with the inclusion of the former Changelings into the Imperial Military and populace.
