-This was NOT done by me; just commissioned. Will link the original when it becomes available. In the meantime, please watch the artist here.
“You will end up really disappointed if you think people will do for you as you do for them. Not everyone has the same heart as you...”
“Oh, you want to challenge me to a sword fight? Hontou…” Her fingers idly traced along the rim of her cup as she looked up at him. She could see the confidence in his eyes- the confidence of a man willing to do anything to prove he was the best. She would break his spirit soon enough.
“Very well…just realize I might be a little rusty. I do not fight as much as I did when I was younger; I hope you do not hurt me too much now.” Easing out of her chair, a lithe woman, looking to be in her late 20s or early 30s, stood up and gingerly placed her sake to the side, taking one final sip of it before facing her adversary. The man that appeared to be in his 40s, maybe he was younger; it was hard to tell from his tattered appearance and unkempt facial hair. While she appeared young and dainty, Amelia had the mentality and strength of a rugged warrior, though she tried her best to cover it by keeping to herself and not stirring up trouble like her dear friend Whisper. Most people would never consider Amelia a threat, much less worth crossing the wrong way until…
She was approached by the stranger that seemed to see past her illusion, merely laughing when she called herself a humble maiden that was traveling on vacation to visit a friend. He haughty challenged her to a duel…friendly of course. He had no interest in wealth, fame, or assassinating her- just the opportunity to test his skills. He had traveled for several days after hearing word of an infamous swordsmen in the village. The men in the tavern laughed at him as he pointed her out, assuring him the kemonomimi was a simple woman- and while mysterious, hardly capable of fighting anyone. Some even offered to protect her if he tried to harm her.
“That will not be necessary good sirs. I think…I can take care of myself just fine.” She ushered the chivalrous men to stand down as she pulled her blade out of her sheath. A dark, foreboding aura surrounded her as she smirked at her opponent then glanced around the room. The men in the tavern started to utter to themselves in disbelief, wondering how such a dark presence got past them or could be hidden in such a being…
“I did not think anyone would find me. I was trying to travel incognito so I could get some rest. Very well…you asked for it. Just remember, I will not go easy on you.” She brushed past the stranger and ushered him to follow her outside into the nearby field. No point in getting such a nice tavern all bloody or destroyed because some idiot wanted to prove himself…
A manga style piece by uliel I got when he was having a sale a few weeks ago- isn’t she gorgeous? Dangerous, but gorgeous…
Yes, more Amelia art…sorry to those of you that just watch me for Whisper but I have to spoil Amelia too with the occasional commission here and there! Do not worry, Amelia just wants to say hi-
…with a very pointy sword. Against your face or chest. I still stand by the fact that she is slightly nicer than Whisper (with emphasis on “slightly”) but like her friend Whisper, she does not like being bothered- especially when she is resting or eating. One brave soul dared to challenge her while she was on traveling across the country on a break…and now he is about to find out the hard way what happens when you wrongly cross her path.

Ah, thank you; the artist was a pleasure to work with- and if you can believe it, finished this piece in only one day!
Well this is a furry site so human art is definitely not as popular as furry art- but that is not going to stop me! I like posting art of Amelia regardless
