This is my version on a Peacock Dragon, it might become another character of mine, the main body on the top is made of feathers, from the half way point and below it is scales, the tail is the normal Peacock tail, but much more longer, and when folded to gether looks like a feathered Dragon's tail. when spread out it looks how a peacock's tail is when spread out. the wings are scales at the start, but when it gets closer to the end of the wing it turns into fleathers. the feathers themselfs on this are not as short as what they look like, but are overlaped tightly. to keep air drag to a minimal. ^.^ the three Long feathers on the head are the feathers like the tail, but without the 'eye's' that they normaly have.
