some sort of cool sci-fi AU verson of Commander Ledi where hes some kind of hacker.

he uses his elementalist’s electricity skills paired with his sylvari’s natural capability to connect mind into outside things to directly plug his consciousness into things hes hacking. this makes his attacks a lot harder to trace back to him and in fact his attacks get frequently mistaken for attacks of some sort of AI or advanced virus.
