Flight Rising Portraits (2h): Vern!
Since I was a space cadet and forgot to load any finished work-- whoopsie!
Back on the dragon train today-- this lad here is a G1 of mine I hatched some months ago and, by complete happenstance, he happened to come out of the egg with a color palette strikingly similar to one of my favorite dragon type pokemon! Being a huge nerd for the genre I had to keep him, and dubbed the little mess Vern for lack of a less subtle pun. I wanted to give him some throwback traits of his namesake while keeping him recognizable as a nocturne, and had a lot of fun playing with styles while I painted!
