Skomori (Skona) Ushtu-Parzhra; Heido's wife. They've been together since they were young and generally have a good marriage, but over the last few years, their relationship has been put under some strain due to various circumstances.

Rahndil culture revolves heavily around revering and worshipping ancestor spirits, and Skona took over the position of overseeing such rites and observances when her mother passed away. It's rumored she might have dabbled in some necromancy at some point as well.
