Just working on designing a new OC! A little messy

Always remember with designing new OCs that the design'll never end up exactly like how it is in the first few renditions. If you're ever tempted to draw a ref sheet for a new character, try doing one to a few sketch sheets exploring the character, allowing yourself to get used to drawing them without the original reference. Stuff'll end up changing such as perhaps the hair or the proportions of their body type.
Yet this isn't some sort of problem with lack of consistency! Never beat yourself up over that-- designs always evolve! Consistency is built upon what it ends up developing to be, not what the prototype/first concept is. Easier to get a feel for the personality with it all, too!
Aaaa sorry for the ramble on this! I just wanted to dunk some tips. Asides from that, I absolutely adore how you've drawn the hands here, not to mention the hair, face and absolutely brilliant way that you shaded the fur of her tail and the texture of her hair! Colors you chose work out amazingly, too! I love that on her design one's eyes are immediately drawn to her face thanks to the contrast in coloration. Lovely work, all in all!
