She always is at the maximum weight for that size and 85% of her weight is fat, her stomach can hold a number of creatures whose total combined weights are equal to the maximum weight for the size next up above the size she is at (for example at medium size she would weigh 500 lb with 425 lb of her being fat and her stomach can hold 4,000 lb).
