"Suliep The Deceiver" the the title given to a statue of a Palace Keeper (More commonly known as a High One by the elven descendants of the race). Crafted (and theatrically lit) by a Troll artisan to convey the true ugliness of their former masters. It now resides in the troll city of Underhaven, in the care of its military faction.
Suliep (also known as Root) was a character I created for http://www.rivertwine.com . She was the High One's spokesperson to the troll's precursors during the eons-long trek through the stars, from their un-named Homeworld all the way to the troll rebellion which brought the Palace Of The High Ones down to the world inside which Underhaven was founded.
