This is my new pokemon OC, Halo-halo the Alolan Raichu!
She likes surfing and eating local sweets!
I'm really happy how she turned out, and I hope to RP with her! Everyone's welcome to come and play with her <3 So please don't be shy!

Halo-Halo is a pure free-spirit, she goes wherever the wind takes her-- which is always out to the beach~! You can always find her on the waves on a sunny day and when the waves are too dangerous you can probably find her around a strip mall or down the road of the local shop district riding around on her RipSurf.

She loves what she does, but her real guilty pleasure is her home-town's sweets. A sucker for kulolo and haupia confections, Halo-Halo pretty much can be tamed with these foods along with her absolute favorite (as you may have guessed already haha) halo-halo with the leche flan and ube toppings, specifically. She eats a pretty good amount, so she justifies her eating with the abundance of exercise <3.

Halo-Halo is cheery, silly, playful, and sometimes a huge tease, she can't find it in her to be serious for too long, but piss her off she might not forgive you. She loves being of help whenever she can, though she can be selfish when it comes to fun and food. One fear she has getting caught in a storm with no one around, which is why she doesn't surf when the weather is bad or the waves are dangerous or there's no one around on the beach. Halo-Halo must always be surrounded by people, even if she doesn't know them or even talk to them she always feel better when she's in public.
