Hard to explain exactly, but its basically a mansion built with cheap materials, ugly styling and often mass produced. You'll know them because they won't look quite right in their setting

I agree with you there. I actually had fun photographing the tower because of how it contrasted the older surrounding buildings. Plus over the years every apartment owner has gotten their own set of window dressings, so every apartment sort of has its own charm. And you can see the individuality of each resident
