Last night was pretty upsetting for me. I won't get into details, but I ended up staying up until 1:30AM. I began to doodle in oC and out of nowhere a picture of Brutal's face appeared on my screen. So, I just went with it and decided to draw him a little birthday present. I think my art is improving greatly o.o;

Candycakes is here wishing her love a happy birthday. While she licks his cheek, he seems to miss that look in her eyes. What happens next is left up to the imagination.

Finn, Candice and myself have all known each other for a year in Decenmber. On Christmas day I was feeling very upset. I didn't tell anyone that I was sad or anything. I hadn't gotten any presents but I wasn't going to be emo over it. I was just quiet and I was sitting on Furc listening to everyone brag about what they got. Well. All of a sudden, this person I BARELY even knew presented me with fan art of my (at that time) fursona. He had no idea that it meant so much to me, but unexpected gifts are the best... thus this is what I am doing in return. Though we don't get to talk as much as we used to, I still cherish their friendship. I miss drawing in oC with you, Finn. I hope for the best for you and your girl. It's funny how our relationships have grown at the exact same time, so the reasons why we don't get to talk a lot aren't totally bad ones. :) I'm so happy for you.

I also wanted to draw the necklaces but I can never remember which of you has what piece.

Another note. I know Finn likes my storybook style coloring. I've been trying to refine that style a bit by adding splashes of subtle shading. It worked I suppose since my friend mentioned it. I think I should have used a skinnier brush to line this, but over all I'm loving the result.
