This is not as much on the furry side, but I was just very proud of this harpy girl drawing I did...
Yuma is the mc in a different story/project I have worked on in the past.
Her name is Yuma and she's a bit spitfire of a character. Skeptical about everything, a bit surly, but overall well-intentioning even if she's kind of naive and doesn't really know what she's doing.
She's also trans. In her culture, being trans is normal, but there is a specific ceremony that she'd have to go through to reintroduce herself to her tribe as female (her people travel in smaller tribes and bands in migratory patterns across a series of islands). Despite it not being that negative a thing in her culture, she is shy and didn't like the idea of drawing that much attention to herself, so instead she left one day to adventure abroad (her species are also known for being -cough- a little flighty... sudden departures from any particular group is a relatively common occurrence).
