Description: Xior is an extremely hyper active Latias that was mutated from an accident of when she got hit by the power of the elemental star. She uses the element of Lightning, loves to be around others, and will do anything to protect her brother Zon. She likes to think of herself of the fastest Latias alive, and will challenge any, and all who are opposed to that idea (even if it's not actually true). When she goes at her fastest speed, the electricity bursts out of her, sometimes causing issues with nearby electronics. She is equipped with a surge impervious electronic multi-functional implant on her neck that helps her maintain the powers she controls, and amplify them when needed.
