This gemstone is called Two Lucks gemstone can be found randomally at anywhere even at the beach there where I found it. Two lucks is Good luck that triggers muscle growth from green glow power that feeds his mass to grow until gemstone is empty and Bad luck that triggered muscle drain from purple power that absorbing the muscle mass into gemstone until its full when victim became skinny. When person picks it out and this gemstone will release the power either good or bad luck.
This pic version shows what happens when you picked up empty gemstone that caused to release bad luck power causing muscles to get drained away.
