Prav catching Toxoplasmosis

Prav caughted Toxoplasmosis! I'm not sure whether I should to send him a "Congratulations" Card or a "Get-Well Soon" card though.... Ahh well, maybe I'll just give whoever's responsible for changing his diapers a couple of surgical masks...
Anyway, this was a fun little project. It took longer than I thought to entice the kitten to attack the plushy though (I had to use a string and then jerk it away before snapping the shot). I think the final results are pretty good though...

By-the-bye, don't worry too much about Prav. We kitties are usually asymptomatic for this particular microbe, but I'm afraid he'll have to be kept away from expectant mothers and his lil' rodent buddies for awhile...

Unfortunately, we cubbies are more susceptible to Toxoplasmosis than big furs so Mommy says we gotta 'member to stay away when him is getting changies!

Anyway, I like using "real" furries over generic characters in my stories and pictures so I figured "why not a photograph?" Plus, lil' Inky makes a really swell stunt-kitten!
I'm not sure what effect Toxoplasmosis has on baby bears, but you'll be glad to know that both kitten and plushy emerged from their scuffle without injury...
