Priley often finds himself in a pickle when outgoing his sergal friends in years of strength or wrestling. However he came up with a sure fire challenge that he knew no sergal could best him in. What could that be? A contest of who can eat the most hot peppers without taking a drink!
You may notice all the sergals who took the challenge are having a rough time, many haven't even finished the first bowl. Priley however looks away smug at the viewer showing he emptied his already and is feeling great. The trick? For those who don't know almost all avian are immune to the sting of capsaicin. Priley doesn't feel even the slightest burn from the snacks.
Is it cheating? Will his sergal buddies figure it Out? Who knows! And what would the strong sergals do if they did to the small pink merchant?
This simply outstanding piece was done by my friend
and it is just perfect.
I have gotten to know some in this picture better since it was first commissioned as three slots were open as a raffle and I will do more in the future.

Nevreans are funny, curious individuals, but Priley's gusto takes the cake.
Not only did he challenge 6 Sergals to a Talyxian spicy pepper challenge, but he beat all of us hands down, all the while the feathered friend was smiling with a pepper coyly clamped in his beak, taunting everyone at the table.
Ged, holding the score, couldn't help but giggle his tail off at the sight of everyone's distress. Grandmother was taking in their suffering with a glow as her hands squeezed my thigh and rubbed my back for support. I was clearly not having a good time as my throat was burning beyond belief.
Don't bet against Nevreans.

Aww, my boy Kosho would have loved to participated in the challange. He loves spicy foods!
