Curser Itzal X, the resident big witch, had recently decided to try and control her oversized body. To that in, she managed to buy up a supply of special dietary foods, said to try and keep her appetite under control, which requires a little water to help. Of course, she forgets that of her little problem with water, but is soon reminded as she becomes a bloated furry balloon.
