Description: Latice was a regular Latios but was one day hit by the power of something called The Elemental Star, giving him the power over ice and changing the way he looks. He has a sister named Lel whom he cares for deeply, and will protect from anyone who harms her. He was very friendly, but things have changed for him.

One day a certain someone met him, and they agreed upon letting this character preform an experiment that interested Latice. The results ultimately allowed him to switch between his Latios form, and Eeveelution forms, but he has mainly preferred to be an Umbreon now. Due to recent events he has problems controlling himself, practically going insane whenever his power takes control. This is due to his lunar form having too much influence over him, as well as a different event that caused him to lash out uncontrollably. He stays locked away in a castle made of ice and stays there with his sister Lel. The same individual who preformed the experiment implanted a special device on him to help him control his powers, hopefully. So far it is yet to be seen.
