The rest of her body is untouched, she's just a double arm amputee.
Her master fashioned her an enchanted scarf that would, in theory, obey the wearer's every command. It usually does, but sometimes the soul bound to the enchantment gets a little rowdy and belligerent.
Her master is a dark wizard of epic proportion. She was raised by him, enveloping herself in the eldritch majyks. She's loyal, level headed, and prefers to be by herself or with her master.
She likes to eat raw salmon and cheese of many kinds.
