Forced Alliance
War! The Galactic Republic
and the Sith Empire are crumbling
under attacks by mysterious twin conquerors
from the Unknown Regions.
There are heroes on both sides.
Destruction is everywhere.
Having tracked down his prodigal son
on the war-torn planet of Ord Mantell,
Jedi Master Asyr Del'gato took a leave
from the conflict to turn the dark lord
Darth Nox back to the light.
Father and son are dueling in
a fierce battle on the ravaged planet,
only to get attacked by the
armies of the Eternal Empire.
Under these circumstance they are
forced to temporarily cease their
hostilities and close ranks
against their common enemy...
Players of a certain MMO probably have noticed that I set the opening crawl in the timeline of "The Old Republic" during the first chapter of Knights of the Eternal Empire ^.^
This awesome picture with Asyr as a Jedi and Night as a Sith was a birthday present for
dreamandnightmare by our dear friend

Night and I both love this, as it fits perfectly into our recent project that we are gonna reveal at this year's Eurofurence.

But we are LONG overdue for the next one. There had BETTER BE A NEXT ONE TOO!
Though, question; Nox was a slave, and being a slave is usually inherited from the parents, so where was his father during that time? Just curious. I love hearing all the lore people write up for their toons and characters. I myself come up with little backstories for mine too.
After a long pause from playing the game, I only got into the Eternal Empire storyline a few weeks ago, but yes, it is epic! At times it doesn't feel like an MMO anymore with the story and singleplayer focus :D
As far as the lore for this picture goes, I'm afraid I have to disappoint you. The little opening crawl is only loosely based on SWTOR, just cuz I've been playing a lot lately. I know that Darth Nox is the titel of the dark side Sith Inquisitor, but here it was so fitting because nox is Latin not only for darkness but also for night and well... it's Night's character XD

Mkay, I have zero interest in Star Wars, and usually none in fully clothed guys... but apparently on a big enough guy, that outfit is pretty hot, you fill it out REALLY nicely, like the lines flow perfectly on a beefy torso. I suppose I've just not seen any powerlifter Jedi before.
Darth Nox, I love it. :3 Since I haven't played much The Old Republic, I think I can happily ignore the fact that there exists a character of the same name. x3
