I came across this one while on a launching platform at a government spaceport at the the MetroPort on the waterskirts near the IUC (don't worry I have drawings of that too). These platforms are angled launch surfaces where loading and turnaround happen in the same area (as opposed to launch tubes or vertical pads); they are very busy places. At the MetroPort (a kind of modal interchange hub near the lake) the pads are used for capital ship escort. DAK's wheel is extremely useful for getting out of the way. He stands about 5 feet tall, and has digital protocal abilities as well as standard cheap bio-linguistic mimicry (as opposed to a "protocal droid". The CCD on his face is able to dialate to see a 180 view angle.
