Test subject number 59 of the 60 Mutants from Project Resurrection and the hero of the comic. Jonas O'Rion, a mutant fox in his early 20s, had former training as an ace pilot and special operations for the now extinct United Earth Federation. The Ten Empires has taken advantage of this and placed him in their ranks, making the most out of his military skills and his powers to help fight against the ongoing war machine that is the race of Drones known as the Renegades...and the insidious mutant organization known as Phalanx.

Though technically a telekinetic, Jonas O'Rion has another skill that separates him from the other telekinetic. When another telekinetic related power is in use, his body reacts by letting out a discharge of electrical energy in the smallest scales, receiving a fraction of the information within the electrical impulse. It is then taken to the brain, translated, replicated, and then combined with his standard powers. In other words, he is a mutant that combines the powers of other telekinetics and uses them for himself. (Like megaman!) One such power is the TK sword(as seen demonstrated here.)

Slightly goofy and always eccentric, Jonas O'Rion is a womanizer with no social skills or charm whatsoever. Many women find him revolting, even when it's not reasonable, and those who do want him are those Jonas is running away from in fear. Nonetheless, Jonas is actually a quite serious soldier who will lead his men to victory like a captain should.
