Leo and Don battle it out until Don loses and Leo realizes that he has gone to far.
Mona Lisa finally tells Raph why she had been avoiding him and there's much love between them.
Agent Bishop has plans on creating a mutant breeding farm and wants to force the Turtles into being his supplier for it.
Karai is pressured by Bishop to hurry up and create spawn. She becomes curious to why Bishop is so pushy. Yet she does try again with Leo just the same as he visits to tell her that he and his brothers will aid her against Kano.
Don and Leo are still at odds with each other. Will they ever reconcile?

Don has his eyes opened when Cleo suggests that Rose should be a porn star. He questions what he really wants in life and whether or not he should keep or dump both Cleo and Rose.
He plans to test them both and then decide from there.
