Back in July I was lucky enough to score a series of commissions with  jeddibub and this is part of that series.

I know I mentioned it before, but Mary Ig is an "inner conflict" character. She tries her best to live by the virtues she encourages in others and takes both her vows and her faith quite seriously. She also tries to remain open-minded, flexible, and forgiving when dealing with imperfections in others, especially those of other faiths. She believes firmly that one cannot force another into faith, though one can uphold certain standards of behavior. Ironically, she is far less forgiving with herself, especially when she fails to live up to her own ideals or in some way feels she has "given in" to her own darker impulses. Let's just say that she spends a lot of time on Hail Marys and Our Fathers.
