Interestingly enough there are a few moments in the movie when the animators make a mistake and forget to draw him with shoes on.

You do it better, though. :p

Unfortunately, Disney tried to save a lot of time and effort by covering Robin's paws with footwear. Just imagine how much time would it take, to draw well shaped paws in every single frame. Nevertheless, he had to be like that the whole movie, barefoot!
