Jinx Inverse and the Batty Sorceress

Jinx wasn't entirely thrilled about the outfit, but if it would help her fit in, she'd take it. And, by a stroke of luck, the outfit just happened to come with a few months worth of gold and gems to help her get started on her journey through this new world, to say nothing of the collection of magical gear. It was way more than she could have hoped for.
Now her only problem was an annoying bat fluttering around her head and screeching at her as loudly as it could. She turned to it.
"You really should have known better. Helpless little girls always get into trouble when they go off on their own."
"WHAT!" the bat screamed back. "I am NOT a helpless little girl. I am Lina Inverse, the greatest sorceress in the world!"
"Well," replied Jinx with a grin, "you sure could have fooled me."
The bat continued to shout curses, obscenities, and threats as Jinx snugged up the gloves, keeping her cool with little effort.
"Oh, just you wait," it shouted. "I'm so gonna beat you up! You can't-"
A snap of Jinx's fingers and the bat disappeared in a tiny puff of smoke, instantly teleported to a deep, dark, and thankfully very distant cave that any bat would find comfortable.
"There. Now, where should I go next?"
A prequel to a set of pics I did a year or so ago. Someone happened to ask me how Jinx had ended up with Lina Inverse's outfit, so I decided to put this together to answer the question.

Well, in my head, Jinx caught Lina off-guard. If Lina had been given time to get her dragon slave spell off, things would have gone quite differently. But Lina's big spell have long wind-up incantations and we've seen from other pics done by Cam that Jinx will take advantage of that to get her spells off before her opponents.
And Jinx can make anything look good. It's not how good the outfit looks, it's how well you wear it.
